We send all wine orders – securely packaged – with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on your location. Delivery time frames are generally 4-8 business days to regional capitals (excluding Perth, which is generally 10 business days), and up to 10 business days to rural or regional addresses – although these time frames increase around Christmas each year. If, in the unusual circumstance that a bottle of wine is broken when delivered to you, please do not accept delivery, ask the delivery company to return it to us as soon as possible and email us so we can ensure a replacement delivery of wine is sent to you as soon as possible.
