Customer Service Policy
Bream Creek Vineyard Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Orders
Age
You must be aged 18 years or older to order wines from us. By proceeding with this transaction, you are warranting to us that you are indeed aged 18 years or older.
Price
All prices featured on the website are in Australian dollars and payment must be effected in the manner described on the website. Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax only; in all other respects, the price is exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the supply of goods or services.
Payment
Payment must be made at time of transaction (except in the case of a Direct Deposit or cheque payment but payment is required prior to dispatch of wine). Payment can be made by any of the options specified on the website. Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Cancellation Due To Error
You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods or supply of the services to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs:
- after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question; or
- after you have paid for your purchase by Direct Deposit, we will contact you to obtain an account into which we can refund the amount you have paid.
