We’re very pleased to have received two fantastic reviews for our 2012 Pinot Noir!
To kick things off, Gary Walsh (The Wine Front) gave our Pinot 95 points, stating “Dark cherry and rose oil perfume, mint chocolate, subtle earthiness and spicy oak. Medium bodied, with deep cherry fruit, cool well-bedded acidity and choice fine grained tannin. It’s fleshy and rich, but sappy, energetic and thoroughly charming. Length is excellent. Top example of Tasmanian Pinot.”
Then our Pinot was awarded 5 stars and equal top of category in the July/August 2016 edition of Winestate Magazine, with the judges saying that it was a “…lush and complex pinot noir that is still very fresh with beautiful berry fruit/coffee aromas and wonderful palate structure with a juicy integration of berries, dark fruits and oak.”
These reviews are on top of the many fantastic reviews our 2012 Pinot Noir has already received (and it has also won a trophy and 6 gold medals). More details can be found here.
